Embed Google+ Post into Your Blog

Google just announced today we can embed a Google+ post directly into our blog.

Why is this important?

We've known for awhile that Google Authorship is a key identifier for helping Google understand what our content is about, who's reading and sharing it and how this impacts our Authority.

It help Google know and build your a contextual semantic map of your published content so when someone finds and shares your post, whether its in your Google+ Stream (or now) from your Blog, the Google ID that the content originate from, will be given credit for this content and the subsequent shares it generates.

To embed a Google+ Post into your Blog, simply visit the G+ Post, click the arrow in the top right of the post, select embed post, copy the code provided and drop it into your blog article where you want it to show up.
